Custom task filtering and views
It works by letting you enter your tasks, which are then visible under different views. There are already a few predefined views, like Projects, Goals, and To-Do lists, but you can easily create your own, based on different filters. To-Do lists have different preset sub-views, which show you, for example, the next actions for different projects.
You can organize your tasks into categories such as business tasks, personal tasks, etc. All tasks that you tag as projects will be visible under the Projects view, organized based on whether they are in progress, have not yet started, have been suspended, or are already completed. Tasks tagged as goals will be visible under the Goals view, organized based on whether they are goals for a week, month, or a year.Tracking progress and task properties
Each task comes with notes, where you can write a task description. Tasks also have properties, where you can set the importance, timing, custom formatting, and more. Each task shows a colored bar in the background, indicating the level of task completion.Workspaces and device synchronization
Search is located in the upper right corner and will show you the results as you type. You can work in multiple tabs called workspaces, and with the synchronization feature, you can also edit tasks on different devices. Synchronization can be done via the cloud provided by the app, or by a removable drive, LAN, or FTP.A flexible time management tool
