can help you with all of that.
It works by inserting your tasks into the app, which are then visible under different views. There are already a few predefined views, like Projects
and To-Do lists
, but you can also easily create your own, based on different filters. To-Do lists also have different preset sub views, which will show you for example, what are next actions for different projects.
You can organize your tasks into categories, like business tasks, personal tasks etc. All tasks that you will tag as projects, will be visible under Projects view, and will be shown organized, based on whether they are in progress, have not yet started, have been suspended or are already completed. Tasks tagged as goals, will be visible under Goals view, and will be shown organized based on whether they are goals for a week, month or a year.
Each task comes with notes, where you can write a task description, and with properties, where you can set importance of the task, timing, custom formatting and similar. Each task also shows a colored bar in the background, indicating the level of task completion.
There are also a few other useful features. Search is located in the upper right corner, and will show you the results as you type. You can work in multiple tabs, which are called workspaces, and with synchronization feature, you can also edit tasks on different devices. Synchronization
can be done via cloud provided by the app, or by removable drive, lan or ftp.
